How do I cancel/make changes to my order?

Please email Whitney at support@xplorermaps.com as soon as possible. We do our best to ship within 1 business day so the quicker you reach out, the more likely it is that we’ll be able to make changes before the order ships!

Can you make a map of my favorite city/state/National Park/country?

We come out with about 4-6 new maps every year, so there’s a possibility your favorite place is coming soon! However, with a near-infinite number of different places in the World, we might not get to all of them, so if you’re interested in a custom map, reach out to Greg at greg@xplorermaps.com for all the details.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

If you are a retailer interested in carrying our products in your store, please refer to our Wholesale FAQs section and reach out to Kevin at sales@xplorermaps.com or 406-830-1001.
