How do I cancel/make changes to my order?
Please email Whitney at support@xplorermaps.com as soon as possible. We do our best to ship within 1 business day so the quicker you reach out, the more likely it is that we’ll be able to make changes before the order ships!
Can you make a map of my favorite city/state/National Park/country?
We LOVE your ideas and suggestions! Xplorer Maps releases 6 new custom hand-drawn maps each year, so there’s always the possibility your favorite place is coming soon! We are currently booked out for 2+ years with custom collaborative map partnerships, so if you’re interested in a custom map project, please contact Greg Robitaille (XM Founder and President) at greg@xplorermaps.com for all the details.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
