How does Xplorers Club Work?
You will earn points when you create an account, place an order, refer a friend, follow us on social media, sign up for our newsletter, or write a review. In addition, you will earn points on your birthday and for donating to a charitable cause.
How do I earn points?
You’ll earn points for activities on our site, place an order, refer a friend, follow us on social media, sign up for our newsletter, or write a review. You can use them to earn discounts on purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.
How much are points worth?
Earn points per $1 spent.
Adventure = 5 points for every $1 spent
Xcursion = 6 points for every $1 spent
Safari = 7 points for every $1 spent
Xpedition = 8 points for every $1 spent
Can I use my points during checkout?
You cannot use your points directly for checkout. Instead, you need to redeem them for a voucher which you can then apply during checkout.
How can I keep track of the points I’ve earned?
You will be able to view your latest point balance as well as your order and reward history, by signing into your Xplorers Club account.
Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?
No! Go ahead and earn as many as you can!
I completed an activity but didn't earn points.
It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points; check back within 24 hours to see your updated balance.
How to level up?
Everyone who signs up for Xplorers Club will get direct access to the Adventure level.
Safari level membership is available to Xplorers Club members who have spent over $200 in a 12-month cycle since their last purchase.
The Xcursion level is for those who have spent $500 or more in a 12-month cycle since their last purchase.
Xpedition Level is for our VIP xplorers. To get into this you must have spent $1000 or more and receive lifetime benefits.
What are the tiers?
ADVENTURE: A customer receives Adventure status upon creating an account at xplorermaps.com.
SAFARI: On xplorermaps.com, customers who spend between $200 and $399 on their account will receive Safari status. They must spend this amount within a rolling 365-day period to maintain this status. If they fail to meet this requirement, they will lose Safari benefits and revert to Adventure status. To regain Safari status, they must spend between $ 200 and $399 on their account again.
XCURSION: Spending $400-$999 on xplorermaps.com qualifies customers for Xcursion status. To maintain this status, customers must spend this amount within a rolling 365-day period from the date they received the status. If customers fail to meet this requirement, they will be reverted to their eligible spending tier for the past 365 days. For a customer to regain Xcursion status, they must spend $400-$999 in total on xplorermaps.com.
XPEDITION:
The Xpedition level is our VIP tier that offers lifetime perks from Xplorer Maps. To qualify for an invitation to this level, you must spend $1000 or more on xplorermaps.com over any period. At this level, you will never lose your status and will receive lifetime benefits. We appreciate your loyalty!
Xpedition Level is for our VIP xplorers. To get into this you must have spent $1000 or more and receive lifetime benefits.
What do APPROVED, PENDING, and CANCELED statuses mean?
Your points fall into three categories: Approved, Pending, and Declined. Approved points are available for immediate redemption.
Pending points require verification, which is usually the case for purchases and referrals.
Canceled points will not be added to your account, such as when you cancel a purchase or if someone you referred cancels or returns their purchase. In this case, pending points will be changed to cancel.
What happens if a friend I referred cancels or returns their order?
Points will be deducted from your account if they were processed already
Can the points I’ve earned expire?
To keep your tier status level from expiring, you must make the required purchase amount within 12 months. After 12 months, your points will expire, resulting in a loss of tier status

I forgot to log in and I checked out as a Guest. Have I lost my points?
As an Xplorers Club member, if you checked out as a Guest but used the same email address that you used to create your account, you don't have to worry about losing the points you earned on those purchases. Your membership ID is the email address you used when you created your account. Please note, the email address used to create your account will not be able to be changed after doing so.
Members who check out as guests using a different email address than the one used to create their account will not have their points added to their Xplorer Maps account. For this reason, we recommend signing into your account every time you visit our store.
What happens to my points if I receive a refund?
If a transaction is refunded, whether partially or in full, any points earned on the refunded products will be lost.
HOW CAN I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM Xplorers Club?
That would make us very sad. But if you want to leave the program, you just have to send an email to info@xplorermaps.com.
